国画大师黄宾虹曾说：“唐画如面，宋画如酒，元画以下，渐如酒之加水，时代愈后，加水愈多，近日之昼，已经有水无酒，不能醉人，薄而无味。”大师如此评价，足见宋画艺术的卓尔不群。

所以学习中国画如果需要达到一定高度的话，那么宋代是绕不开的，临摹宋画更是必不可少的。
